Dear CAPE-WP members and friends


We have a sad duty to let you know that a long standing member of the CAPE WP Committee - Professor Dr Toshko Zhelev, passed away recently.


As most of you know he suffered a serious heart stroke few months ago and unfortunately his recovery was only temporary.


He will be remembered by the CAPE-WP members for his many contributions.
